The existing approach they were using included an inexpensive desktop terminal emulator that didn't include adequate security and certainly did not integrate with Azure/AD...
Inventu worked with them and as we are the developers of the product, were able to add Azure Active Directory as a Single-Signon option. Today, it is easily configured in our new Profiles Mode Administrator's Configuration interface, along with Google Sign-In, SalesForce SSO / SAML 2.0 and Windows Security / Active Directory.
Today, the Agency has enjoyed years of trouble-free access for their users with a fully secured Inventu Viewer+ server.
