BEVERLY, Massachusetts (September 14, 2001) – Teamstudio, Inc. today announced the acquisition of Screensurfer, a division of Intelligent Environments Group plc, the UK-based financial services e-business provider.

Screensurfer is a Web-to-host integration tool that allows Web developers to integrate legacy systems into existing applications. It enables the developer to mimic keyboard-centric commands performed on a mainframe application and manipulate the screen’s data so that it appears how the developer wants it to within the GUI, Web-based front end.
