Inventu Viewer+ Main Help

There are many diagnostic codes where the help will instruct you to Create a new support ticket or contact support@inventu.com via email.

 

During the process of working on your ticket, Inventu Support may request a diagnostic zip from your server.  The diagnostic dashboard simplifies this process considerably for you with the Export Button on the Diagnostics Tab of the dashboard.  You can see this after closing the initial Recommended Actions dialog box:

After clicking the Export button, you will be provided a list of possible sources for the diagnostic zip:

Based on the issue, you may uncheck the default selections or check additional ones--once you have the sources identified, click on Export and a new diagnostic zip will be saved with the default location c:\programdata\inventu\diagnostics -- any request of a diagnostic zip from Inventu support will also include a link to a shared, private Onedrive location where you can copy rather than attach directly to the ticket.
