Along with diagnostic information, the Diagnostic Dashboard also provides access to your configuration sources. As with diagnostics, Inventu Support may request a snapshot of your configuration--easily collected using the Configuration Tab of the dashboard.
Note also that the Configuration Tab can also import a configuration zip file saved from another server. This can be very helpful when you want to recreate a configuration (perhaps in a clustered server environment).
Each configuration source can also be viewed in a simplified viewer dialog that includes the ability to search for specific configuration elements.
