You can only set this value when the OpenID Connect Redirect URI Method is "Redirection URI Hard-Coded in Settings"
The OpenID Connect Redirection URI used when a user signs-on (all users must access Inventu Viewer Server the same way--for example using the fully qualified server name).
For early testing on the server itself, this can be "http://localhost/fvterm/OIDCAcs.aspx" for example which covers when this URI was provided to the provider, but the auto method is sending "http://localhost/FVTerm/OIDCAcs.aspx".

You have the localhost URI already entered (hopefully) during the creation of the app definition--to define additional URI's including the production one, click on the Redirect URI's field:
Then Add URI:
Now enter the URI your users will use to access your Inventu Viewer+ server (this step can wait if you haven't established the fully qualified DNS name you will be using for your Inventu Viewer server)
