Inventu Viewer+ Configuration Management

This setting controls the way that "unprotected" fields are presented in the browser.  This setting has no effect on ASCII (VT100/220, Wyse and so on) sessions;  ASCII sessions always use the Emulator style of entry field due to the full-duplex key stroking nature of ASCII applications.

Note that users can select their own Entry Field Style in settings for each profile unless CSS user settings are not enabled (See the View setting Client Access to Settings).

Possible Values:

Traditional Emulator step_default_24

Entry fields are implemented using direct keystroke processing and DHTML presentation of entries.  Key stroking is identical to the "overstrike" character mode of traditional emulators.  Always used for VTxxx sessions.

Web Browser

Native browser entry fields are used, which behave like other windows GUI application entry fields (as well as any HTML-based form entry field).  Key stroking is, by default, insert mode as with other windows applications.

Only applicable to 5250 and 3270 sessions.
