Despite the version out-of-sync warning on connection, many users ignore this and continue running with outdated javascript, never updating / refreshing the browser.
Set ForcedUpgrades to yes or true and users will not be able to open a new connection until the browser has been refreshed. When the message that the version needs updating is displayed, if the version active is 2016CW or greater, the browser will automatically be refreshed.
