This File pull-down displays the Recording Import dialog as described in the Importing from Existing Recordings section in the Getting Started chapter.

 

You can use this option at any time if you realize that you are accessing areas of your host application that have been already identified in a prior recording.  If you realize this, simply use the File / Import Screen Info and select the recording(s) that apply, then click the Import button.
