The number of milliseconds to wait following the end of a host write buffer in order to return from a wait.

HostConnection.readySilence

Arguments

HostConnection

 Required. HostConnection object.

Remarks

READWRITE.

In a very few screen transitions, the "end" of the screen can be impossible to determine.  However, there may be a detectable "silence" from the host indicating it is all done sending updates.

This property can be used to control the amount of "silence" is expected before a putKeys, for example, returns.

For fully tested production systems, most screen transitions should function with this value as 0, to optimize response time and throughput.
