At times, informational messages and status popups can appear. These by default have a light blue background. This setting can change the background.
Here is an example of a status message--this example will appear if a user's session has timed-out:
This setting uses your Web Browser's Color editor - if you use IE11 instead of an HTML5 Browser like Edge or Chrome, an in-page editor is used.
