By default the Macros Icon is only displayed when the Client Macro Feature is licensed.
When the Server API / Identify Access Management Feature is active for your server, this setting becomes available.
Set to true so users can select and run Server Macros for this Profile. If this is true, the Server Macro Access IAM Attribute setting can be used to identify a custom IAM attribute indicating when a user is authorized to run one or more server macros, further controlling visibility of the Macros Icon.

The Macro Run Icon will be displayed for this profile. |
Note: The Macro Run icons are located in the ..FVTerm\Img folder, and are named Macro_24.png and Macro_48.png -- if you would like to customize what the users see for this icon, you can copy 24x24 PNG and 48x48 PNG files to replace. For example, if you are using the IVFTPMacro server macro and only will be sending files, the XferUp_24.png and XferUp_48.png can be copied-over the Macro_24.png and Macro_48.png files in the Img folder.
