The primary purpose of this setting is to provide an order of selection that matches your primary user group. For example, in Mexico, Spanish should appear high in the list, while in Quebec, Canada (or France!), French would appear higher in the list.
It can also be used to reduce languages that your don't expect any of your users to need, making it easier to select a language. By removing a language code, this will prevent users from selecting the corresponding language.
This is a simple text string containing language codes separated by blanks. Care should be taken to maintain the correct format as this can break the user interface if a single blank is not maintained between the supported language codes.
