In very rare circumstances, there is a bug in IE11 where the presence of the many dash characters in the HTML can cause an odd performance hit (over 2 seconds) on display of a page.
This was discovered with an application that in some areas displayed function key descriptions including a dash between the function key and brief descriptive text.
Escaping the dashes to the encoding (·) fixes the bug--but doing this for all dashes across all pages seemed like overkill, so the dashFixRow setting was added to enable specifying that only on the declared row will the fix be applied.
So, if you experience an odd 2-5 second delay on pages with a lot of dashes on row 23 or row 24, set this to that value!
