Whether you are developing with Visual Studio or .NET, you need to add an appropriate reference for your IDE project to use the appropriate .NET Assembly:
.NET Framework 4.0 and higher: ViewerLib4.dll
.NET Framework 3.5 and lower: ViewerLib.dll
