If logging to a folder (doesn't have to be Splunk!) or to a Splunk Server using HTTP is desired, activate and control with this global setting.
When this is set, the LogEvent action can be used to log different actions to Splunk.
Syntax:
SplunkLogging=Target,Type,SourceName
Where:
Target= HTTP URL or System Folder
Type= HTTP or FILE
SourceName=The Source used and identified to Splunk when HTTP
Example:
SplunkLogging=c:\programdata\inventu\splunklogs,FILE,InventuSSO
Note that when this is set, events will be written automatically when a session fails to start when the host is not accessible or if no sessions are available for a new session.
