The IslandPanel element is part of the new Responsive Web UI template architecture (for more information see theIsland Element description).

 

You can add one or more IslandPanel to each Island in order to describe a floating HTML DIV element that will flow vertically if the web page is too narrow to hold the complete horizontal island; each panel will remain intact, but will stack vertically instead of horizontally.
