User view provides sessions sorted by UserID (LUOwner in Details View)--on a single server it provides a nice organizational view sorted by User and is especially useful when your license is for Concurrent Users (where each user can have multiple sessions).
To Select, Right Click on the Server Node and Select User View:
The User View for a single server uses the same display and columns as the Cluster All Users List View but is for a single server. Note that when on a single server you can use the View / Add/Remove Columns context menu on the Server to remove the LUOwner and Server Name as these are redundant. Can also change order so that HostIdle seconds are prioritized for when you are looking for stale sessions:
