(the reason for the ?? in "product build" is that I've 
downloaded and installed 3.01I along with a fixpak, but my 
running system is showing 3.01F)

When making certain changes to Compiler Options and Trace 
Options on the Active Project Settings page within the 
DevCenter, after clicking the Submit button, the Status for 
Programming Action: shows up in the lower frame, but never 
changes to complete.  Not sure of all of them, or 
combinations, but if I just change Variable Definitions 
Required then Submit, this situation occurs.  Pretty sure 
it also happened when making a single change (or maybe two) 
within the Trace Options section.

Thanks--actually, Big Kahuna brought this up a while back 
and we have it on "the list"...

Product build...what is important usually is the build of 
IELUA.EXE reported on the Console Home Page...this affects 
most of the operational issues, etc.

If, however, you are reporting issues with the DevCenter, 
that's when the install or FixV3"whatever".zip is important.

We are going to be working towards a better update 
mechanism (like having the install do incremental upgrades 
always), so that the "version" can be consistent going 
forward.
