We have in use Screen Surfer ver.2.07D with ASP Component 
DLL modified on 10 November 2000 with lenght of 180KB; 
sometimes an ASP error occur with a stop of our web site 
and a record , written in the event log by the MTS that 
report a message like this:

Seems to be an access violation but I don't know other.
It need probably a trace  to determine the cause???
