When I clicked on the new support ticket link in the 
product support tab in the Screensurfer Documentation 
window, nothing happens.

Can you please be specific about how to find the link that 
you are having trouble with.

We tested Getting Started - Product Support and the link 
that says "support.screensurfer.com/support" and got the 
sign-on page for the SupportCenter as the next page in the 
frame.

I got the sign-on page and was able to login but in the left 
hand frame under "Available Actions" when I clicked the "New 
Support Ticket" link, nothing happened.

Aha, now I get it.

You're right--if a SupportCenter logon occurs inside 
another frameset, it is not going to work very well, since 
internally it references the "top" frame...which isn't 
going to be "top" when loaded inside another frame...

We will be updating the documentation link to open a new 
browser window so that this no longer occurs.
