Martin, the address of your Screensurfer machine is
incorrect. It's currently pointing
to "support.screensurfer.com:80". To change this address
in the COM object, please perform the following:
- Click on Start-Run and enter "regedit"
- Double-click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
- Double-click on Software
- Double-click on iE (if running V3) or Intelligent
Environments (if running V2)
- Click on AspRequestTarget
- Double-click on Address
- Change the value to the IP address or DNS name of your
Screensurfer machine:terminal port (most likely, your
terminal port is 82)
Once this value is changed, stop your Screensurfer service
and restart.

Martin,
A correction to the answer to your question. After
updating the registry instead of stopping and restarting
the Screensurfer service, stop and restart the IIS services
via the Services Applet in the Control Panel. That way the
AspSurfer.DLL, which is loaded by IIS, will get reloaded
and will read the update to the registry. Thanks!
