Short Description Not connected to a screen yet

When I add a record to NWRDC,it works fine. But when I try 
to use screen inspector to view the screen,it says "Not 
connected to a screen yet." and actually I can view the 
Append By: WindSurfer  When: 2001-03-21 09:04:10  New Status: Pending Customer
To view a screen in the inspector, you need to first 
acquire it in the DevCenter (green swirly arrow).

If it is already acquired, you can use the BLUE swirly 
arrow to "load the screen information," to ensure that the 
information is loaded into the DevCenter (doesn't happen by 
default on screen changes to avoid problems during wizards).

The Screen Inspector should then work fine.

Right now I install screensurfer and IIS server on one 
machine, can I do it on seperate machine? if so, how?
