When I first installed Screensurfer (Windows 2000) for 
public TN3270 use port 83 it started the Screensurfer 
Service Console and it said on the status line that 
Screensurfer had started so I started the Administration 
Console which didn't work.

I then looked at the documentation and closed and started 
the Service Console again. This time it worked.

PS. When I first submitted this error I pressed Enter 
during typing the description and the error was submitted 
by mistake.

PPS. The Administrator's Console icon is missing from the 
first screen of the documentation.

Thanks for the report--the odd behavior of the service 
status on the Service Console is a Windows/2000 behavior 
that we are aware of but haven't managed to fix yet...

We will add an edit check to ensure a complete ticket 
entry...

Thanks for the tip on the missing icon.
