Description

When the customer tries to start screen surfer he gets this message. Customer can get to certain web sites but he cannot ping any outside IP address or web site, even those he can reach on a web browser.

This is due to the use of "127.0.0.1" as the default address for the local machine. Some proxies forget this.
If all links are changed to "localhost" as the root, the proxy will probably work.

The installation program has been updated so that all links will be using "LocalHost" instead of 127.0.0.1.
