I have been evaluating Screensurfer for our agency.  I 
downloaded V3 recently and interested in learning more about 
Visual Surfer.  The overview says it is key to understand 
the methodology and available wizards.  I have tried to use 
it based on the small amount of info provided and am afraid 
I have created a snafu.  More documentation would be 
helpful...time is running out.

Could you explain the snafu you are dealing with.  We are
