Short Description Having problem disconnect from Screen Surfer

Description
We are experiencing a problem on our production site.  The 
problem is that the screen surfer sessions are not becoming 
Available.  They remain active.  We do not experience this 
on our test system.  We are using the <TEACTION RELEASE> 
command to disconnect from Screen Surfer. Also,  these 
sessions that are remaining active have remained active for 
hours.  The longest one was 7 hours.  We have in our 
settings for a timeout to occur in 10 minutes.  Can you 
tell me why this is?
