We are getting the following error message in the NT 
Application Event Log:

The description for Event ID ( 5 ) in Source ( Screensurfer 
Web Gateway ) could not be found. It contains the following 
insertion string(s): Screen Transition: Http Thread, In 
script ocwen.alltelocwen_lmtl, current 
screen=global.default, User=10.5.48.76, 
ReadyState=IgnoreEmptyWrites.

Please tell us what is causing this.

Your first message is a screen transition timeout--it means 
that something about the screen transition is causing 
Screensurfer to wait longer than the default (or updated) 
screen timeout.

Try increasing the screen timeout value, or check using 
trace to see what is going on with the screen in question.

The trap you are experiencing (second problem) could be due 
to a known problem--can you please test your application 
with our latest build:
