Sounds related to the lost PF key buttons-- please compile
with the DevCenter (red arrow to compile in the
toolbar), so you can see any compiler errors--the compiler
is reporting a section not found (probably) --you need to
fix all compile errors before running your application, or
you can trap it...

Do you think it might have something to do with the fact
that I am running the server on a Windows 2000 Professional
machine?
