Description
I get this GetServiceHandled Falied when I first start up 
Screen surfer.  Then in Diagnostic Mode are these errors:

LU Group 1 is missing which is how Screensurfer connects to 
your host application.  Please do the following:

- Start Screensurfer via the Screensurfer Service Control 
Panel (uncheck the diagnostic mode box)...click on Start-
Screensurfer-Screensurfer Service Control Panel
- Click on Start-Screensurfer-Screensurfer Admin Console
- Click on the Settings button
- Make sure the the LU Name for Group 1 is set to "*any" 
and that the session range is "1..10"
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page and click 
on the Submit button to save the changes
- Stop the Screensurfer service
- Start the Screensurfer service
- Click on Start-Screensurfer-Web Gateway Home Page to 
connect to your host

It looks like something is funny with your installation of 
Screensurfer.  Please do the following:

- uninstall Screensurfer (Start-Settings-Control Panel-
Add/Remove Programs and remove iE Screensurfer)
- reinstall Screensurfer by executing surf2_0e.exe from our 
FTP site which is ftp://www.screensurfer.com

Start the Screensurfer service again and all should be OK.
