The trap indicates an out-of-synch structure, which may have been in place during one of the t1_3_14 builds over the last couple of days. A complete rebuild was performed June 9th, at 1:21pm..any file after this date would really have a hard time exhibiting this trap unless it is something else.

If the ielua.exe on your server has a date/time after this, than it might be something else we can't tell from the trap--any other details on how and when the trap occurs?
