There are inconsistencies in the online reference, it would be nice to make it all the same - the headers on the various "chapters" are not all links - some are, some aren't. Also, last "chapter" (ODBC) has no background color specified, so it shows up white (in Netscape), while all others are gray. Also, no mention in the TEACTION RETURN of the WITHSCAN option. This is probably as of the last full build, somewhere around 1.3.11?

All fixed and in refresh D, which is going-up this afternoon as Surf1_3d.exe.
