The below got is being executed within our nav.stml and 
instead of seeing any of the frame contents we get 
application errors in each frame..  If the template is 
viewed through HomeSite we will see both the frames and 
contents. The HomeContent.htm contains the navigation 
links  
We've been working with Jeff Urbanczyk.  
Our goal with this is to use it as a Splash screen which 
enables the user to choose their path.
