Description

Rows are returned the first time I TEFETCH data with or without passing a parameter.
Rows are not returned the second (etc) time I TEFETCH data with passing a parameter.
If I don't pass a parameter then I can TEFETCH as many times as I want.
I tried performing the TEDECLARE DBSOURCE, TEDECLARE DBSELECT once before the fetch and I tried before every fetch. Same result.
This is against an Oracle database.
