From IE5 trying to download Screen Surfer.
Error says the site cannot be reached

Sorry for the problem--can you try again from
ftp://www.screensurfer.com/Surf2_0d.exe
Please note that the SupportCenter is the same machine as
the FTP address, just on a different network address.
You might have a problem in your company using FTP due to a
firewall setting--can you investigate and we can get you an
HTTP download link.
