From time to time, our client's site recieves the following
error. What is the best way to handle it?
Internal Communications error with SSurfer.AspRequest
Error Description:
Unable to send HEADER to HTTP host "localhost:82"-- Error
Code=10057, Description=WSAENOTCONN: The socket is not
connected.

This should only occur when the Screensurfer service is
stopped. Please check in the times of these errors with any
event log entries indicating a startup of Screensurfer.
