We can quickly identify the problem if you can zip-up your .STML files and email them to surfer@ieinc.com. You can also try to remember the last area of your templates you were working-on when this started to happen. Some simple things to try-- do a search in your .STML files for all <TE combinations (start of a TE tag)-- make sure that all are properly terminated with a > and that any text literals are terminated with the right double or single quote.
