Is this when you click on a link which uses the /surfer/connect URL? (these are provided through the web gateway port when accessing the HOME section)
Actually, looking at your other two tickets, it sounds like you are using our ActiveX component and scripts? If so, this would come from the TEACTION CONNECT?
Maybe best to help us understand your problem if you do the following:
- Start Screensurfer in "Diagnostic Mode"
- Reproduce the problem in your application
- Email to surfer@ieinc.com and attach the files \screensurfer\hostserver\surfdiag.log and \screensurfer\hostserver\templates.log (you can ZIP these if they are very large)
This will let us know exactly what is occuring so we can help you fix the problem. Note that if you logon with a password that you should edit each file before sending and replace any passwords with ***** characters so that you are not e-mailing secrets!
