Is this when you click on a link which uses the /surfer/connect URL? (these are provided through the web gateway port when accessing the HOME section)
Actually, looking at your other two tickets, it sounds like you are using our ActiveX component and scripts? If so, this would come from the TEACTION CONNECT?

- Start Screensurfer in "Diagnostic Mode"
- Reproduce the problem in your application
- Email to email@example.com and attach the files \screensurfer\hostserver\surfdiag.log and \screensurfer\hostserver\templates.log (you can ZIP these if they are very large)
