I clicked on the support button and it isn't passing my email address, my PIN and my current version of Screensurfer like you said it would!

We must have broken something in the latest build- when a fix is available this ticket will be updated & you will get an automatic notification.

This is a problem unique to the code you are using, and is fixed in build 1.3.12, available at ftp://ftp.ieinc2.com/pub/surfer/ss1_3_12.zip.
