I.e. When we invoke our help product, the process flow is as follows: 1. Press f1 2. Program receives a short command 3. program accesses the screen display buffer (this counts as a send to the screen) 4. program builds the help screen 5. help screen sent to the screen. in our experience, the screen surfer stops at step 3 and waits for user action. When the user presses enter, the help screen is displayed.
