When I stop Screensurfer, I get the following:
"An application error has occurred and an application error log is being generated.
ielua.exe
Exception: access violation (0xc0000005)
Address: 0x776625ce
I have the error log. How do I send that to you?

Does this occur every time you stop Screensurfer?
Also, is it running in diagnostic mode or as a service-- if as a service, are there any messages in your Event Log from Screensurfer that are out of the ordinary?

I have emailed the Dr. Watson log and the event log. The error occurs almost every time Screensurfer is stopped, but there have been some times when it didn't happen. It is not running in diagnostic mode. It is running as a service.
I am a colleague of Dawn Countryman. We are working together on this project. I have taken the original Surf1_3e.exe zip file which she downloaded and installed it on my machine also, but I am using her email address and pin number. I don't know if this would be a problem. We have seen the problem on her machine and my machine both, however.

We have reproduce the error and have identified a potential timing problem in the shutdown logic. A fix is anticipated tomorrow; we will provide an FTP link to the fix when it is available.

Includes fixes for:
- Occasional traps at shutdown
- Compiler hangs -- fixed system problems, added more information for user script issues
- HTTP log will now filter-out image file types
- Task.HttpUrl variable added for read/write

Have you tried-out build 1.3.28 yet?
We were wondering if it has fixed your shutdown traps.
