Description
|
We have a screen that consists of three fields:
UserID:
Password:
New Password:
For some reason, when mapping this screen, the Password and New Password are presented as input fields but the UserID is not.
We know for a fact that the UserID is an input field by using a tn3270 application.
We have even used the quick template generation to map the screen with the same result.

Please use the Console Settings page and start a protocol log for the session you are using with this screen, and then navigate to it with a Screensurfer Session.
This will create a log file based on the name you put in the settings page and the session you recreated the problem on...please email this log file to surfer@ieinc.com and we will reproduce and fix tomorrow, or at least ask more informed questions!
