Bill,
I have been logging where users are getting kicked out of the application. Maybe you can interpret them for me and provide some kind of a solution.
Here they are:
http://128.111.136.174:82/click/HELP?ScreenID=scheduleofclasses.openclasses&SessionKey=5_sle1646319984_1646596203&C_POS=1755
http://128.111.136.174:82/surfer/refresh/1_igh1644634718_1644644828/1644644828
http://128.111.136.174:82/surfer/sendkeys/1_ght527698718_527755531/C@E/mainmenu.mainmenu/527755531
http://128.111.136.174:82/surfer/LogOff?SessionKey=5_Bea1643719687_1643760703
http://128.111.136.174:82/surfer/form/emulator/29_eyM1640654484_1641258203
http://128.111.136.174:82/surfer/exit/8_rei1639653343_1639658781
There's some more but in general, as you see above, it's when people call on :
- /form/emulator
- exit
- sendkeys
- refresh

These all look like possibly timed-out users? If their sessionkey is invalid, they'll get kicked-out, but I don't know whether or not this is true.
By the way, a version with http logging is available at ftp://ftp.ieinc2.com/pub/surfer/t1_3_27a.zip -- you use console settings to specify a log file name root and a change frequency, and you get a log file...IIS4 format except for last two entries.
