Short Description Printing a page

Description
 When our users try to print out a screensurfer page, they get the message -->"DATA MISSING..." We have been able to print before so i know it's possible, so what's the solution to this?

Comment Try it with IE4 and NS4 first from your own wkstn to see how they do with printing.

Then, see if any page will print at a user station, such as the very first and/or simplest page.

Next, do a view source of one of the "bad" pages, and copy to a test.html file, and open that in HomeSite or another browser with HTML validation...validate the HTML for missing close tags and other problems that could be tripping-up the printing support.
