Most recent ielua.exe no longer traces when compiled with trace on. Backed out to prior version, works OK.

This is a problem in 1.3.8 and test builds of 1.3.9.
Fixed in latest build 1.3.9, available at ftp://ftp.ieinc2.com/pub/surfer/ss1_3_9.zip...
This is not a problem with the GA build included in the current download...
