Short Description inclusion of ticket title in email response

currently, the ticket number is placed in the subject line of the automated email response when a ticket is updated. however, i frequently have to open a browser to get out to the support center to see which problem that really is, since the text is only the updated portion. if the title of the problem could be included either as the subject line or else within the text, it would make the email feature more helpful.
