Err, it is a relative activity value that hasn't been accurately implemented. Basically, it is currently incremented each time a formatted screen is sent with the /surfer/emulator form or a TEACTION ENTER (didn't make it into the unformatted send!).
This as well as the error counters has been in from the very beginning and admittedly have not been fully implemented...
Would you like to make this a request to fully implement them?
