I have no problem testing the CFSurfer with Yale as long as I am looking at your server. I get the following error message when I try to use my server:
***************
Error Occurred!
Sorry, but your query caused an error in the SurferScript template that services this request-- the status is: Variable Value
RetCode -1
FailComponent TEACTION GOTO
FailMessage Unable to navigate from cfsurfer.orbis screen to Orbis screen...return code=2
FailSection cfsurfer.booklist
SessionKey
ScreenID
********************
The detail.cfm file has been changed to SurferAddress="10.160.122.88:82"
The cfsurfer.stml file has been changed to
The info. between quotes is a copy paste from the Service Settings Screen.
I have attempted numerous variations to the LU Group Name. LU_GROUP_3 etc. Yale is using #3 and #8 on the settings screen.
Any ideas? Thanks. Paul

The error message changes from the above to "Unable to navigate from global.default screen to Orbis screen...return code=1" and back randomly.

You don't want to put the direct address definition into the variable-- the "LU_GROUP_3" is correct. We will email you an updated version of the CFSURFER template that solves an issue that can result based on Yale timing out.
You may also want to grab the latest build of Screensurfer from ftp://ftp.ieinc.com/pub/surfer/t1_3_21a.zip, as there recently was a regression in the navigation engine which could affect the GOTO.

Side note: I am seeing Kevin Rook's name when I view my tickets.*******I am still getting the following error:
*** Sorry, but your query caused an error in the SurferScript template that services this request-- the status is: Variable Value
RetCode -1
FailComponent TEACTION GOTO
FailMessage: Unable to navigate from cfsurfer.orbis screen to Orbis screen...return code=2
FailSection cfsurfer.booklist
SessionKey
ScreenID
***I replaced the CFSURFER template and used LU_GROUP_3 for the name. I grabbed the latest build but got it from ieinc2.com. I ran it and saw "Start service ctrl dispatcher being called" Was I supposed to see anything else?
Still tinkering. I'll see if the other guys here have tried the Yale demo on their Surfer Server.
Thanks. Paul

Err-- any chance Kevin was using your workstation to access the SupportCenter prior to you last access? We have a session reconnect function working that looks at your IP address and if logging to SupportCenter will reconnect to a prior session from your workstation...I'm afraid it is ignoring your logon credentials!
If you logon and this is the case, you should see Kevin's name in the top frame-- Use the "Logoff" option in the left frame and then logon again-- the logoff will clean-up the session and get you back to feeling like yourself!
Regarding the update-- what you want to do is unzip to \screensurfer\bin to replace the ielua.exe that is there. IELUA.EXE is the primary Screensurfer executable, so you don't want to run it, just restart Screensurfer to try the new build. Sorry for not explaining this in the last action...
