Short Description Missing Key

Description
Due to a hard disk failure I have lost the installation software and the key. I need to be able to download the software again.

Comment We've been conversing via e-mail; one good point to understand is that your access key is a combination of your email address (that you use to logon to the SupportCenter) and your PIN (that you use to logon). These are combined with a leading asterisk and an asterisk seperating the email and the PIN, as in:
*surfer@ieinc.com*9999
Once you are into the SupportCenter, always go to the "Release Information" link in the left frame to see all the release information on formal releases. For each formal release, there is also an FTP link which you can use to download that release.
