When sessions are displayed in the Administration Window, you can change which sessions are displayed with this option.
By checking it (ON) you will limit the display to only those sessions with an active connection to the host.
Checking this ON is a good mode to operate in when monitoring an active server, since only active sessions will be displayed across the full range of sessions defined in Display Sessions.
