For user sessions that may last past one day, increase this value to avoid lost connections. If you have no timeouts set for your host sessions and users may close their browser and return to a session after more than a day, increase this to enable session cookies to last longer.
A session cookie is used to reconnect a user to a session when Track Users Active Sessions and Display Users Active Sessions are both checked/true. Once a cookie expires, a session will not show-up in in the user's active sessions, but it may still be active on the server.
